Biography

My responsibilities were to generate a functional apparatus capable of housing nano-fuel samples undergoing sedimentation rates. The final design, optimized by python scrips to reduce volume I wrote, reduced the initial cost of the project by 80%. The housing walls also featured specialized fasteners allowing for easy maintenance and replacement. I also optimized PCB and Arduino construction by engineering magnetized connections at high degree angles, which again allowed for easy replacement for maintenance. The housing also integrated specialized slots enabling natural convection and cooling. The final model construction was 3D printed in PLA at a 15% infill with a honeycomb pattern. A honeycomb pattern was chosen because it enabled higher printing speeds and sheer strength.

I also did graphic design for proprietary laser technologies for biomedical/dental engineering solutions. These drawings utilized Creo a CAD software for 3D reference and Krita a drawing software for graphic design. Drawings and models were integrated with AI to create variation and alternatives.

Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Impregnated specified fuel sample with nanoparticles at high accuracy molarities
  • Generated python scripts to auto-sync data to and from Arduinos
  • Generated solid CAD models and technical drawings
